The Rudn Enclave`s developer has already applied to acquire the due approval of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authority, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Even at this initial stage, the response from the investors is overwhelming. It is believed that Enclave will soon acquire the NOC from RDA in the coming months.
The NOC approval takes some time because it involves the approval of a dozen of approvals that may include for Gas, Electricity, Water, land transfer/ownership. These all are to be obtained from the concerned departments. Hence the whole process takes time of several months.
